Sankyo Rikagaku Completed the Acquisition of 100% Equity of RIKEN MT.

        On June 23, 2022, Sankyo Rikagaku Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sankyo Rikagaku") completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Zibo Riken MT Coated Abrasives Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Riken MT") and Zibo Sisha MT Coated Abrasives Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Sisha MT"). The name of Riken MT was officially changed to Zibo Sankyo Rikagaku Co. Ltd (Sisha MT will keep the original name). Effective from this date, Zibo Sankyo Rikagaku Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Zibo Sankyo") and Sisha MT have become wholly owned subsidiaries of Sankyo Rikagaku Co., Ltd
